    text into characters so it's best to use

    download but they do not work on ATS.
    Avoid including columns or pictures in
    your resume.

    A person might end up looking at your


    resume if it doesn't pass through ATS.
    Increasing your resume length might
    increase number of matches in ATS
    but if it doesn't qualify ATS then your
    overly lengthy resume won't be
    approved by the recruiter either.
