Job description:
S/He will assist the Team lead in leading, coordinating and supervising
the multidisciplinary team for the evaluation Study. The Deputy Team
leader will be expected to be an expert in infrastructure financing and
asset monetization. S/He will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day management of the team
• Project management as per agreed activities, timelines and
deliverables
• Communication related activities
• Defining the detailed work plan, and managing the team of
consultants against the work plan
• Drive discussions with senior officials in the Government at

• Sending periodic updates, highlighting challenges and potential
solutions in project execution

• Providing management and operations perspectives on all
aspects of the project evaluation and performance evaluation of
the organisation
• Drive discussions with senior officials in the Government at

• Leading KII’s with officials, identifying gaps and challenges in road
project implementation and future issues related to O&M of
roads

• Providing economic perspectives on all aspects of the project

• Designing an analysis plan based on the secondary data
• Finalizing primary data collection tool, agenda for in depth
interviews and survey questionnaires and prepare a data analysis
plan.
• Ensuring data quality of the primary data collected and the use of
latest analytical tools for qualitative and quantitative data
analysis
• Conduct econometric/ statistical analysis of data including ex-
post Cost Benefit Analysis
Profile:
• MBA/CA/CFA or Master’s or other related qualification
• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Should have undertaken at least 2 organizational assessments or
evaluation or performance audit or related assessments with a
minimum sample size of 20 Key Informant Interviews in India.
This assignment must be granted by the government/regulatory
Organisational assessment or commission/tribunal, multilateral agencies/ statutory authorities/
evaluation expert public sector entities.
