EVENT HOSTS’ SCRIPT

EVENTS MANAGEMENT NCIII Acquaintance Party 2023

Voice Over (JP): The most awaited event of the month has finally come! (MUSIC) The
question is, are you ready to get to know your classmates? Are you ready to mingle and
socialize? Or are you ready to dance ‘til you drop? (MUSIC)

Live from the Quiambao Skills Training and Assessment Center, Sta. Barbara Pangasinan,
welcome to the 2nd Batch of the Events Management NC III, Acquaintance Party 2023!

Please welcome, your hosts, Jenny Ferrer and yours truly, John Paul Aquino!

JP: Before anything else, we would like to thank everyone for coming to this event. Yung mga
nanggaling pa sa mga malalayong lugar, mga umabsent o nag-undertime sa kanilang mga
trabaho and all those who took risks just to be with us tonight, maraming maraming salamat
po for coming.

Jen: This program or course started a month with lots of responsibilities. To be a good
student, classmate, daughter/son, and a responsibility to figure out how to be a productive
event coordinator. Right,JP?

JP: You are so right that everything else seems wrong, Jen! The challenges, the stress, and of
course the moments that we are pressured by the deadlines and over-all planning. But
despite all of that, it is how keep the spirit of friendship and camaraderie every single day of
our lives as a TESDA student.

Jen: That’s right John. And to start our program, I’d like to request everyone to please rise to
give thanks and praise to our Almighty One with the opening prayer to be led by Miss Mary
Rose Habala.

JP: Also, to pay respect to our Motherland, we remain standing for the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Ms. Manilyn Penuliar.

PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM

JP: Thank you, you may now all be seated.

Jen: JP, I wonder if how many are we in this venue tonight. Why don’t we hear it from our
audiences.

JP: Yes, that’s right! Let's have a little competition. Ang mananalo ay tatanggap ng
tumataginting na free salon services courtesy of Mommy Lorna. (sound fx)

Jen: At yung mga hindi magpaparticipate naman ay hindi papasa sa assesment! (sound fx)
Guys, sa tesda program na ito, there is a golden rule. at ang rule na iyon ay,

JP: We just want to have everyone show their ultra mega super most energetic na hiyawan at
palakpakan for tonight’s event. This is our show, this is our time, it’s showtime! pak ganern.
(corny sound fx) so my question is, KJ ba ang Brilliant Builders team?!

AUDIENCE SHOUTING
Jen: Why don’t we start sa ating madlang people mula dito sa left side?! (Sound fx)

LEFT SIDE CROWD CHEERING

JP: Papahuli ba ang ating dabarkads mula sa right side?! (Sound fx)

RIGHT SIDE CROWD CHEERING

JP: Alright! That’s the spirit. We can see na alive na alive ang ating audience tonight, Amen?
Amen. So, at this juncture, let us hear some words of inspiration from the former municipal
councilor of Sta. Barbara, Ladies and Gentlemen palakpakan po natin, Hon. Buena Daduya
Ico!

SPEECH

Jen: Thank you very much Ma’am for the words of encouragement. And now, to officially
welcome everyone for tonights ocassion, we’d like to call on the stage, our Event Coordinator,
Mr. Romeo Rocapor.

SPEECH

JP: Thank you very much Sir. And now, to introduce to us our guest of honor for tonight,
please welcome the founder and head of the Quiambao Skills Training and Assesment Center,
Mrs. Herminia Quiambao!

SPEECH

Jen: Thank you very much Sir. To award the certificate of appreciation to our guest speaker,
lets have the event coordinator Mr. Romeo Rocapor; assistant coordinator, Mr. Raffy De
Guzman; Event Treasurer, Mrs Lorna Dioquino; and the head of Quiambao Skills Taining and
Assesment Center Mrs. Herminia Quiambao.

JP: Let me read to you the text: ............

AWARDING

JP: Once again ladies and gentlemen, our guest of honor, Sta. Barbara Municipal Mayor, Hon.
Carlito S. Saplan. Thank you very much sir for gracing us in this event.

And now, Let’s take a break for a while. Prepare for your best moves, as we give you the
platform for, Dance for all!

JP: Just for everyone’s information, tonight is not just a night to party. Moreover, we are also
searching for the best dress, best suite, face of the night and more..

JEN: That’s right John. And speaking of these awards, all of us here will be judged. Now let’s
get to know our judges for tonight and their criteria for judging.

JP: So without further ado. Ladies and gentlemen, sit back, relax and enjoy as we are about to
witness the EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NCIII students in their fashion runaway!

Jen: Starting with the male category!

MALE CATEGORY RAMPING

JP: And now, let’s have the female category!

FEMALE CATEGORY RAMPING

JP: What a spectacular performance from these students! We can really see na pinaghandaan
nila ang event na to.

We know that all of you are hungry and waiting, so let us now proceed with the dinner. But
before that, we’d like to request everyone to give your best pose and smile for the picture
taking per table.

DJ SYNOR? HIT IT!

JP: And we are back! Nakakain na po ba ang lahat? Alright! We are glad that you enjoyed the
food we prepared for tonight’s event. So now, my question is, are you ready for the top 3?!

Jen: Pasok kaya sa top 5 ang mga bet ninyo?

JP: Now, it is time, to call on the first one who made it to the top 3! Please come on stage
candidate number, .......... (interview each)

ANNOUNCEMENT OF TOP 3

JP: Congratulations to all of you who made it to the top 3!

Jen: And as we enjoy our meal let us be entertained and serenaded by the two of our
students here in Quiambao Training Center on their melodic performance.. Ladies and
gentlemen, we give you, Franz and Angelika! Palakpakan po nating sila.

JP: Maraming salamat. Ladies and gentlemen palakpakan po natin, Franz and Angelica!

And now, we give you back, the EVENTS MANAGEMENT SERVICES NCIII STUDENTS on their
final walk!

FINAL WALK

Jen: There you have it ladies and gentlemen. The Events Management Services NCIII
students with their stunning outfits for tonight. And now it’s time for you to take on the dance
floor. DJ Synor, hit it!

JP: Alright! I hope you are all enjoying the night. This time, let us again sit back, relax and
enjoy as we witness another amazing performance by the talented students of this school.
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome, the Brilliant Builders! A round of applause please.

JP: Once again ladies and gentlemen, the Brilliant Builders! Palakpakan po natin sila.

And now, we’ve reached the finish line as we are about to announce the winners of the special
awards!

(intense music)

Jen: I know that all of your are excited. So let’s call on stage the judges, to award the prizes
and sashes to our winners.

JP: Ok! At sa wakas, napasakamay ko na ang resulta. Good luck to our candidates. May the
best student win.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

Jen: Congratulations to our winners, at sa atin pong lahat for a very succesful event.

And now, to give his closing remarks, let’s have the Event Assistant Coordinator, Mr. Raffy De
Guzman. A round of applause please.

JP: Thank you very much Sir.
