3. When you submit application, any error will be reflected at the top of the application.
4. Every page has SAVE button at the bottom, to save the data you entered.
5. Aside of save button there is NEXT button, to proceed for next page.

Personal Details

⚫ *First Name, *Last Name, *DOB, *Gender, *Mobile and *Email: It will come from Initial Registration. It won't allow you
to change /modify the data.
⚫ *Candidate's Full Name (as per 10th Class Marksheet) is allowed to change in personal details and once the form is
submitted you can’t change it
⚫ Alternate Email ID: It is Not a Mandatory field. You can enter value or else leave the field blank.
⚫ *Nationality: It is a Mandatory field. Select the Nationality from the dropdown.
⚫ *State of Domicile: It is a Mandatory field. Select the Place name as in your Domicile certificate from the dropdown.
⚫ *Category: It is a Mandatory field for Indian Students (Not applicable to NRI and Foreign National Applicants)
⚫ Place Of Residency: It is a Mandatory field. Select the Place from the dropdown.
⚫ Identification Mark: It is Not a Mandatory field. You can enter the Identification mark or else leave the field blank.
⚫ Height (in cms.): It is Not a Mandatory field. You can enter the Height or else leave the field blank. Make sure Height is
in centimeters.
⚫ Weight (in Kgs.): It is Not a Mandatory field. You can enter the Weight or else leave the field blank. Make sure weight
is in kgs.
⚫ Aadhar No.: It is a Mandatory field for Indian applicants. Entre your 12 digits Aadhar No.

Passport Details:
Note: Passport Details are mandatory for Foreign Students and non-mandatory for Indian and NRI Applicants
⚫ Passport No.: It is a Mandatory field. Entre your Passport No.
⚫ Date of Issue: It is a Mandatory field. Entre the issuing date of your Passport.
⚫ Date of Expiry: It is a Mandatory field. Entre the expiry date of your Passport.
⚫ Country of Issue: It is a Mandatory field. Entre the country name which allot you the Passport.
⚫ Place of Issue: It is a Mandatory field. Entre the name of Place from where you, Issue your Passport.
⚫ Proof of NRI Status: It is a non-mandatory field and only applicable to NRI. A certificate from the competent authority
to be uploaded - certifying the status of the applicant / parents

Father’s Details
⚫ Father's Name: It is a Mandatory field. Type your Mother's name as in your Board certificate, if given. Write the name of
your mother, if no name is given in Board certificate.

⚫ Father's Mobile Number: It is a Mandatory field. Entre the Father’s mobile number.
⚫ Occupation: It is Not a Mandatory field. Select the Occupation of father from dropdown.
⚫ Designation: It is Not a Mandatory field. Enter the Designation of father.
⚫ Email: It is Not a Mandatory field. Enter the mail-id of father or else leave the field blank.

Mother’s Details
⚫ Mother's Name: It is a Mandatory field. Type your Mother's name as in your Board certificate, if given. Write the name
of your mother, if no name is given in Board certificate.
⚫ Mother's Mobile Number: It is Not a Mandatory field. Entre the Mother mobile number.
⚫ Occupation: It is Not a Mandatory field. Select the Occupation of Mother from dropdown.
⚫ Designation: It is Not a Mandatory field. Enter the Designation of Mother.
⚫ Email: It is Not a Mandatory field. Enter the mail-id of Mother or else leave the field blank.

Address Details

⚫ Address: It is a Mandatory field. You must enter the VALUE.
⚫ Country: It is a Mandatory field. You must select one Option.
⚫ State/ Province: It is a Mandatory field. You must select one Option.
⚫ District: It is Not a Mandatory field. You can Select value or else leave it blank.
⚫ City: It is a Mandatory field. You must enter a VALUE.
⚫ Taluka / Town / Village: It is Not a Mandatory field. You can enter value or else leave text box blank.

Photo Signature Details
⚫ A recent passport size photograph should be uploaded.
⚫ Front view of full face and shoulder portion of the candidate is to be seen clearly in the photograph.

⚫ The face of the candidate should be straight and at the center.

⚫ Photograph must be in colour with white / light coloured background.

⚫ Photo wearing caps other than religious caps and dark glasses will be rejected.

⚫ Image and Signature should be in jpg format only, file should be Less than 500KB.

⚫ Selfies are not allowed.

⚫ If the face of the photograph is not clear, your application is liable to be rejected.

Qualification Details

⚫ Institution Name/School: It is a Mandatory field. Enter your Institute name.

⚫ Institution Name/School: It is a Mandatory field. Enter your Institute name.
⚫ Country of Institute: It is a Mandatory field. You must select one option as Country of Institute.
⚫ Country of Board: It is a Mandatory field. You must select one option as Country of Board.
⚫ State of Board: It is a Mandatory field. You must select one option as State of Board.
⚫ Board of Examination: It is a Mandatory field. You must select one option as your Board of Examination.

• You need to enter a value between 1-1000.
• You can enter only Number
⚫ Total Marks Obtained: It is a Mandatory field. Enter total marks you obtained.
⚫ % of Marks: It is a Mandatory field. Enter the percentage.
⚫ Aggregate marks of Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer
Science/Biology: Enter aggregate details of Marks obtained in Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/Bio-
technology/Computer Science/Biology.
⚫ Certificate Upload: It is a Mandatory field. Upload your mark sheet.
⚫ Result Not Announced: If result is not announced then check the box and enter aggregate details of Marks obtained in
Mathematics, Physics and any one of Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer Science/Biology obtained in XII. Enter XI
Overall % / CGPA in “XI Overall % / CGPA out of 10” text box.

Test Scores
⚫ Please list your details and score for the competitive entrance test you have taken, leave the columns blank if not
applicable.
⚫ Please click on save after uploading document.

Apply Program(s)
⚫ For NRI student, First select the radio button from NRI or Indian, after that apply for Program(s)
⚫ NRI Student, can apply programs under NRI and INDIAN both.
⚫ Admission Type: It will come from Initial Registration. It won't allow you to change /modify the data.

Application Fees Details

⚫ Application Fee can be paid through online mode
⚫ If NRI apply for both the Indian and NRI Program(s) then, student can pay Program(s) fee in one go for all the Program(s)
⚫ For NRI and FN application payments, applicant need to fill the equivalent amount in Indian Rupees at the time of
payment for the specified application fee.
