General Conditions

soaked inwater if recommended by the manufacturer. The mortar to be used in setting the tiles
and moldings shall be a mixture of 1 part cement and 2 parts sand by volume or wetted Tile
Adhesive.
DIVISON IX CEILING WORKS
For all ceiling, use Marine Plywood ,12mm must be fixed every 400mm and 18mm every
600mm.
All electrical work must be completed in compliance with the most recent specifications.
