    Presently, we manage more than 800 ships including technical & crew management.

    Job Profile:
     For Mechanical Engineers: Upon successfully clearing the online test, interview and
    subsequent formalities, they will undergo an 8 months pre-sea training (self-funded) at the
    AEMA campus, followed by a 4-month stint on board ship, as Engine Cadets with a stipend
    INR 36,000/- approx. After total training of 12 months, the candidates work on ships for 6
    months as Junior Engineers with a stipend of INR 60,000/- per month approx. to become
    eligible for MEO Class IV Exams conducted by the Director General of Shipping. Once the
    competency exams are completed, the candidate joins back on board as a Fourth Engineer
    (earning approx INR 1.5 lakh per month) and finally progresses to become the Chief
    Engineer of a ship in a few years’ time, depending on his / her performance.

     For Electrical/Electronics Engineers: Upon successfully clearing the online test and
    subsequent formalities, they will undergo a 4-month pre-sea training (self-funded) at the
    AEMA campus, followed by shipboard service as Trainee Electrical Officer with a stipend INR
    60,000/- per month approx.
