SITC of Car park Ventilation complete with starters & control as per
specifications
1 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Smoke Spill Tube
Axial Fans along with motor, Baseframe, anciallary structure
required to fix in masonary/RCC walls, connection flanges. Fans shall
be direct driven not exceeding 960 RPM. Entire Fan assembly shall
be rated for 250 deg.c for 2 hours. Fan Assembly certified as per the
AMCA 210 air performance and AMCA 300 for sound performance.
Fans shall be selected and installed to have noise level not more
than 80 DBa. Motor shall be TEFC class H insulation, IP 55 protection
suitable all weather application inlcuding the smoke extracts and
shall be VFD Compatible. All the hardwares shall be hot dip
galvanised. Fans supplied shall be capable of working on PLC control
for operation during normal ventilation and fire/smoke extraction
mode.

sound performance. Fans shall be selected and installed to have
noise level not more than 80 DBa. Motor shall be TEFC class F
insulation, IP 55 protection suitable all weather application inlcuding
the smoke extracts and shall be VFD Compatible. All the hardwares
shall be hot dip galvanised. Refer detail specifications for complete
requirement. Fans supplied shall be capable of working on PLC
control for operation during normal ventilation and fire/smoke
extraction mode.

3 SITC of Dual speed Jet fans for Normal ventilation and Smoke
Extraction application for car parking. The fans shall be supplied
with fan, motor, silencers, suspension frame/angle clit etc complete
Fan shall be direct drive type running at not more than 1455 rpm at
lower speed and 2900 rpm at higher speed. Entire Fan assembly
shall be rated for 250 deg.c for 2 hours. Fan Assembly certified as
per the AMCA 210 air performance and AMCA 300 for sound
performance. Fans shall be selected and installed to have noise level
not more than 47 DBa at lower speed and not more than 58 DBa at
higher speed at 3 meter distance. Motor shall be TEFC class H
insulation, IP 54 protection suitable all weather application inlcuding
the smoke extracts. All the hardwares shall be hot dip galvanised.
Fans supplied shall be capable of working on PLC control for
operation during normal ventilation and fire/smoke extraction
mode. CFD analysis to decide the correct location and quantity of jet
fans.

4 SITC of CO Sensor
Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CO sensor (Analog). Nos 21
The CO level will be adjusted as per requirement. The CO level
should be (Off Mode – 0 – 30 PPM, Normal Mode – 30 – 50 PPM,
Fire Mode – 50 – 150 PPM )
5 CFD Analysis for basement LOT 2
6 FAN FOR FRESH & EXHAUST AIR APPLICATION.
A Supply installation & testing of Inline Type Fans , Inline fans should
be complete with centrifugal fan unit casing acess out door
installation & other acessories will be provided , by the contractor .

sheets etc upto approval and satisfaction of the consultants /
Architects based on the consultants base drawings
12 Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing for establishing performance lot 1

criterion of each piece of equipment / material vide this BOQ. This
includes testing of the entire HVAC system, air balancing, taking
readings and measurements for the entire hvac system as per
consultants/Client guidelines. The recorded readings shall be for 3
days at different time during each day and be tabulated and
submitted to the consultant for approval and records.etc
