INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to this online training on Trainer’s Methodology Level I course for the Plan
Training session Module 1. This unit covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes in
identifying learners training requirements, plan training session, prepare instructional
materials, prepare assessment tools and organize teaching and learning resources.

Learning Outcome 1: Identify learners training requirements (8 hours)

OBJECTIVES:

At the end of this learning outcome, you should be able to:

• Review and analyze curriculum documents for training purposes


• Determine current competencies of target group
• Compare competencies required to be attained with current competencies of
target group
• Use results of comparison to determine the training requirements.
• Validate training requirements with appropriate people.
