The Monlimar Development Academy Inc. is conducting a 80 hrs On-the-Job Training for Bread and Pastry Production NC 2 trainees as
part of its curriculum. The identified Industry partner, Purple Oven Bakeshop at Makati, Metro Manila can accommodate and provide
opportunity for students to practice its skills acquired from This Institution.
The purpose/goal of This Institution is to acquaint trainees to a real life workplace environment. This is to help them explore the
relationship between knowledge and skills acquired in the institution with those required in the working situations. This is also to expose them
and enhance their working attitude for them to be ready for employment.
