a. REFUND POLICY: Where the Purchaser terminates this Agreement without any default from the
Vendor, the vendor shall deduct 50% from the deposit/full payment made by the purchaser and the
purchaser shall be en tled to only 50% which shall be paid within 90 (Ninety) working days.

b. INDEMNITY POLICY: The Purchaser warrants that the Purchase price is derived from a legi mate

shall also take full responsibility with Law enforcement Agencies, the Courts and anyone claiming
