Job Title: Quality Engineer

Responsible to: Quality Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To maintain and improve QA and QC systems and processes.


Prepare all procedures to migrate ISO standard to latest ISO9001:20015

To ensure ETL keep all its standards and introduce relevant processes and standard in order to
enhance ETL’s overall quality standing in our industries.

ROLE DIMENSIONS

Working as part of a busy team under the direction of the Quality Manager
The role entails maintaining excellent working relationships with all ETL Internal departments
through all levels up to senior management and externally with customers and suppliers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

To manage, maintain and improve on ETL’s Quality standards. To comply with the ISO 9001
accreditation and satisfy applicable statutory, regulatory and company requirements

To ensure policies, procedures and compliance procedures are adhered to

To implement QA and QC processes and procedures in the value stream

Monitoring suppliers on delivery of quality product as well as dealing with non- compliant product
from the suppliers

Training staff on manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement

Responsible for all QA associated communication to include visits, discussions and improvement
opportunities
