following information carefully and abide it strictly.
Moreover tell it to other operators.

Warning
In the process of product operation, maintenance and repair, most accidents
are caused by not complying with basic safety rules or precautions. Be aware
of all kinds of potential hazards, accidents often can be avoided. Staff must to
be vigilant against various potential danger, shall also get necessary training to
possess the right skills and tools required to perform these functions correctly.
Incorrect operation, lubrication, maintenance or repair could cause
danger, and it may even cause casualties. Must first read and understand
the product operation, lubrication, maintenance and repair material, and
then start the work.
The safety precautions and warnings are provided in this manual and on the
products. Ignore these dangerous warning may lead to one’s own or other’s
casualty. XCMG has limits to assume any possible danger of each case.
Therefore, this manual and warning on the product does not cover all cases.
XCMG has limits to assume any possible danger of each case. Therefore,
this manual and warning on the product does not cover all cases. Please

A tire explosion can push a tire, rim, drive

axle and other parts to a distance of 500
meters or farther away. The explosion and
splashes can cause serious injury and
deaths, so make sure the tire pressure is
normal and do not inflate over the rated
pressure. When adjusting the pressure,
stay away from the tire as far as possible,
and be sure to stand behind the tire, do not
charge inflammable gas.

Check the tire, rim, and prevent

low-pressure operation, check the cracks
of the tire, gas bubble and so on. Check
whether the rim connecting bolts and nuts
are lost, and check whether the tightening
torque of the rim connecting nut meets the
manufacturer’s recommended values.
When checking the tire, it is not allowed to
enter the front and back of the wheel, and
should be carried out on the side. If you
want to remove the tire, you must fix the
other tires with wedges.

If the tires are to fall, escape as soon as

possible. The tires of engineering
machinery are very heavy, and if you try to
prop them up you can get serious injuries.

Purpose

The GR3005 grader is the earth moving

machine, which belongs to the motor
grader machine described in “ISO
6165:2001”. This is a self-propelled
wheeled machine with adjustable blade
between front and rear axle. The grader
can also be installed with a front-facing
shovel or a rear-mounted scarifier. The
motor grader machine is used for leveling,
slope scraping, digging, and loosing
materials with the forward movement.
