Role:
Handling end-to-end recruitment includes identifying, reviewing, and qualifying resumes from
various sources.
Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identificationof manpower requirements
Conducting interviews and coordinating with mangers & candidates for the same
Assisting proposal team in developing appropriate staffing plan appropriate to proposal
requirements, ensuring staffing requirements comply with specifications of proposal and
