Role:
 Handling end-to-end recruitment includes identifying, reviewing, and qualifying resumes from
various sources.
 Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identificationof manpower requirements
 Conducting interviews and coordinating with mangers & candidates for the same
 Assisting proposal team in developing appropriate staffing plan appropriate to proposal
