    Narrative Report: Eastern Visayas State University Ormoc City Campus Intramurals 2023

    The Eastern Visayas State University Intramurals Ormoc City Campus of 2023 was a spectacular event
    that brought together students, faculty, and staff from all corners of the university to celebrate
    sportsmanship, unity, and talent. It was a week filled with thrilling competitions, colorful displays, and
    unforgettable moments.

    Opening Ceremony:

    The Intramurals began with a grand opening ceremony that left everyone in awe. The Ormoc City Sports
    Complex grounds transformed into a vibrant spectacle of banners, flags, and cheerleaders coming from
    the education department as each team (Blue Phoenix, Dark Kraken and Red Cerberus)proudly paraded
    with their unique displays. The sense of pride and unity was palpable as the entire university community
    joined together in celebration.

    Sports Competitions:

    Over the course of the Intramurals, a wide range of sports competitions took place, including basketball,
    volleyball, table tennis, badminton, and track and field events and may more sports that is added to the
    event. The level of skill and determination displayed by the participants was commendable. Every match
    and every race were marked by fierce but respectful competition, highlighting the true spirit of
    sportsmanship.

    Highlights:

    One of the standout moments of the Intramurals was the final basketball game between the Red
    Cerberus and the Dark Kraken which drew a massive crowd of spectators. The intense rivalry between
    two teams added an extra layer of excitement, with the final score keeping the audience on the edge of
    their seats until the last buzzer.

    I also played lawn tennis And all of my teammates had defeated the engineering department which is
    the Red Cerberus

    The track and field events also saw remarkable performances, with athletes breaking records and setting
    new standards for future competitions. It was a testament to the dedication and hard work of the
    participants.
    Comments and Suggestions:

    1. Facility Upgrades: Some participants noted that certain sports facilities required maintenance
    and upgrades. Addressing these issues would create a more comfortable and safe environment
    for competitions.

    In conclusion, the Eastern Visayas State University Intramurals 2023 was a resounding success that
    showcased the spirit of competition and unity within the university community. With some thoughtful
    enhancements and continued enthusiasm, future Intramurals promise to be even more remarkable,
    fostering a culture of sportsmanship and camaraderie that will endure for years to come.
