Corporate social networks, on the other hand, are internal platforms within firms that encourage communication and cooperation among personnel. Examples include Yammer and Slack, which are utilized for work-related chats, document sharing, and project collaboration. (4 marks)
2. Briefly describe the risks of social commerce to businesses.
- Businesses face a variety of hazards as a result of social commerce,
