    Operating Process : Conversion Process (WH)

    PURPOSE : To define methods for Recycle finished goods.


    Quality approval and accounting it in the NAV
    SCOPE : Warehouse, Production, QA.
    RESPONSIBILITY : Warehouse Supervisor.

    Recycle of finished goods.


    1. Warehouse Team (FG) sends mail to QA & Production about all Material in Warehouse
    more than 3 months (Observation), old lots which is more tha 6 months, and any trail/hold
    material.
    2. QA inspects all drums then gives the approval for Recycling.
    3. In case of approval,Warehouse admin check with production to send the material.
    4. Warehouse admin (FG) clean the drums/IBC well and send it to production.
    5. Warehouse admin (FG) create put away for all drums and send it to production.
    6. Production team compares the physical drums/ IBC and the put away then they
    register the put away.
