Technical Specification

The Powerscreen Finesmaster 200 compact is a static sand recovery unit. It brings together
on one chassis, a centrifugal slurry pump, hydrocyclones, a collection tank and a 12x5
dewatering screen.

It can produce one grades of sand and is designed to work in conjunction with the
Powerscreen Washing range.

Features
• Underflow rubber lined slurry pump.
• One rubber lined hydrocyclone which classifies at approximately 75 µm (200 mesh).
• Self regulating cyclone tank complete with built in float system and Anti-turbulence
sections.
• High frequency12x5 dewatering screen fitted with polyurethane modular mats

Boiler Box option


A Boiler box can be fitted to Any Finesmaster to allow dry feed to be supplied. A large
quantity of Water is introduced to the dry feed to create a solution, similar to the feed that
is received from a static or Rinser. This is then supplied to the Finesmaster via the
standard inlet and processed as standard.

In the photos above, a boiler box has been fitted to a Finemaster 120 Compact. On top is a
Single spray bar to allow some water to mix and slow down the feed. A baffle plate slows
the flow further before the lower water pipe of 4” adds very large quantities of water to
further make the solution. This is fed into the Finesmaster tank with the standard inlet. The
machine then operates as standard.
