I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Our main objective is to create a school store that becomes an area of daily
excitement for students. We'll create a diverse range of merchandise that reflects the
latest trends and interests of our student body. By offering products that students
genuinely enjoy, we'll be able to generate consistent sales and ultimately make a
profit. In addition to providing an enticing shopping experience, we'll also focus on
developing effective marketing strategies. We'll use social media platforms,
collaborate with student clubs and organizations, and host exciting promotional
events to create action around The Hawk Shop. By reaching out to our target
audience and showcasing the unique offerings of our store, we'll be able to attract
more customers and increase our sales potential. With a student-centered approach
and strategic marketing efforts, The Hawk Shop is preparing to become a thriving
and profitable venture within our school community. Let's soar to success together!

II. DESCRIPTION OF THE STORE AND PRODUCT OFFERING

Our new school store, The Hawk Shop, is going to be the coolest place on campus!
The shelves will be neatly organized, filled with Hillgrove sweatshirts, t-shirts, and
sweatpants in various sizes and designs so you can show off your school spirit in
style. But that's not all! We'll also have other awesome stuff like water bottles to keep
you hydrated, phone chargers to keep your devices powered up, gum to keep your
breath fresh, and a variety of trendy accessories like bracelets, keychains, and
lanyards all arranged for easy browsing. With such a diverse range of products, The
Hawk Shop will be your one-stop destination for all your school and lifestyle needs.
HHS sports create merchandise that could be sold in the store through partnerships.

III. OBJECTIVE(S) OF THE PLAN

Let's dive into more detail about the objectives of The Hawk Shop. First, we want to create a
school store that students will enjoy visiting every day. We want it to be a place where you can
hang out with friends, explore cool merchandise, and feel a sense of school spirit.Next, we want
to make merchandise that we can sell and generate a profit. This will help support school
activities and events. We'll offer a variety of Hillgrove-themed items like sweatshirts, t-shirts,
sweatpants, and accessories. By providing a range of products that students love, we hope to
encourage regular visits and purchases. Lastly, we'll focus on creating effective marketing
strategies for the new store. We'll use social media platforms, like Instagram and Tiktok, to
spread the word and showcase our awesome merchandise. Additionally, we'll rely on word-of-
mouth and engaging with the school community to generate excitement and awareness about
The Hawk Shop. By combining these objectives, we aim to create a vibrant and successful
school store experience that students will love. It's all about making The Hawk Shop a hub of
school spirit, offering awesome merchandise, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

V. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS-
A. Special Events
Grand Hawk Shop Opening: This event will take place on Monday August 5th,
2024, the second week of school. There will be a ribbon cutting and there will be
30 minute windows throughout the day for each grade to visit the shop.

The Jingle Bell Shop event: This event will take place December 16th through
20th, the week before Christmas Break. There will be a limited edition holiday
sweatshirt. There will also be a raffle. With every purchase over $45 your name
will be entered to win a $50 Visa gift card. The raffle winner will be announced
December 20th in 4th block.
B. Advertising Plan- Our advertisements as shown on the timeline will be
presented for the grand opening and the jingle shop events. There will also be
advertising around the store throughout the year.

C. Store Front Explanation-


The front of our store is designed to have a welcoming feel. The design is
supposed to attract people in. It gives a view of what is up for purchase inside the
store. The marquee design is eye catching and lights up. The purpose of the
marquee is supposed to welcome people in. There will be a clothing rack when
outside when the store is open as a preview of what can be purchased. As well
as shadow shelves that you can view the water bottles, key chains, etc.
D. Point of purchase display and Interior Display explanation-
The point of purpose Explanation is to get people but purchase any last minute
things before they chack out at the store. The interior display explanation is to
make everything look visible and enticing to customers.

The store can help generate funds and also create a sense of community and
excitement among students. You can also explore crowdfunding platforms or seek
sponsorships from local businesses to support specific extracurricular activities. To

that cater to different interests and hobbies. Encourage students to take on
leadership roles and empower them to organize events or initiatives. Additionally,

consider partnering with local businesses for co-branded merchandise or

sales.
