Mount Attack
1. Cross Collar Choke

Mount Escape
1. Trap Arm and Bridge
2. Trap Wrist and Bridge

Side Control Attack


1. Kimura
1.1 Variation to Straight arm attack
2. Key Lock
2.1 Variation to Straight arm attack
3. Arm bar (going to north/south transition)
4. Paper cutter choke
5. Mount from knee on belly with under-hook
6. Mount with big step over (butt flop-grab foot)

Side Control Escape


1. Hip escape
1.1 variation with butterfly hook instead of knee
2. Under-hooking and going to knees with a single-leg

Back Attack
1. Mata-Leao (rear naked choke_
2. Hand to hand choke
3. Arm bar

Back Escape
1. Shrimp and bridge to where attacking arm points
2. 2 on 1 and turn into opponent
3. Foot lock when feet are crossed

Turtle position attack


1. Clock choke with collar and wrist
2. Back attack sprawl

Turtle escape
1. Sit to guard (fire hydrant)
2. Roll to guard
3. Stand up

Knee on belly attack


1. Baseball choke
2. Collar Choke
3. Arm bar (opponent pushing knees) North south & kimura variation
4. Arm bar falling back

Knee on belly escape


1. Shrimp to full guard
2. Stiff arms on belt and hip, go to knees
3. Trap foot in half-guard

Closed guard
1. Kimura
1.1 Kimura & bridge to mount variation
2. Arm bar and under hook leg, sweep to mount and sweep to arm bar variations
3. Triangle
4. Collar choke, palms up
4.1 Collar choke 1 palm up and 1 palm down
5. Wrap choke (anaconda)
6. Omoplata shoulder lock
7. Standard back sweep when opponent stands up (grabbing the ankles)
8. Jump closed guard
Opening closed guard
1. On knees, one knee in the middle and press open
2. Standing up with posture controlling 1 sleeve
3. Escaping arm bar, triangle, kimura, collar choke, etc.

3. Closed guard arm bar escape
4. Mata-Leao (r.n.c.) escape
5. Triangle Escape
