classification models including Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and XGBoost.
Employed hyperparameter tuning using Grid Search and Random Search to optimize model performance.
Achieved an impressive 90% accuracy in predicting hotel reservations. Contributed to improving hotel
operations and decision-making processes through accurate reservation predictions.

CUSTOMER CHURN PREDICTION

Preprocessed the data using Scikit- learn, LabelEncoder and StandardScaler to prepare for model building.
