• This is a classification problem in which we need to classify whether the loan will be approved or not.
classification refers to a predictive modeling.
• Developed a predictive model to determine loan approval likelihood. Responsibilities included data
preparation, where loan application data was collected, cleaned, and pre-processed. Various machine learning
algorithms were evaluated to identify the most effective model. Trained models using historical loan data and
assessed their performance using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall .
• Implemented a Random Forest Classifier achieving 82% accuracy on the testing dataset. Conducted data
splitting, model selection, model training, and model evaluation using metrics such as accuracy, precision, and
recall.

Lodging Market Intelligence for Airbnb:

• Optimized the pricing strategy for new house listings by conducting a comprehensive analysis of pricing trends
in surrounding areas. Evaluated various dimensions including location, amenities, reviews, and the number of
beds.Conducted comparative market analysis to understand how other properties were priced, and developed
competitive pricing strategies to enhance market positioning.
• This analysis serves as a starting point for understanding the distribution of properties by region and the
pricing trends within the dataset.
