Appointment Order
Dear SUGASHINI V,
With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to designate
you as TRAINEE PHARMACIST in the department of PHARMACY at PERS Enterprises Pvt Ltd. effective
from 24-04-2023 on the following terms and conditions:
1. As TRAINEE PHARMACIST, you will be reporting to ASSISTANT MANAGER - PHARMACY and will be
based at CHENNAI.
2. Your job responsibilities will include all aspects of work relating to PHARMACY department and such other
functions as may be decided by the management from time to time.
3. You shall be entitled to a consolidated pay of Rs. 13000/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand only) per month.
4. You shall initially be placed at Chennai. However, you may be assigned work at any of the other locations
in the SRM Group, at any place in India or abroad, whether existing today or which may come up in the
future, at any time at the sole discretion of the Management. In such case, you will be governed by the terms
and conditions of the service applicable to new placement / location.
5. You shall abide by the rules and regulations of the company in force from time to time.
6. You will be reporting to the ASSISTANT MANAGER - PHARMACY who will assign specific duties and
responsibilities from time to time. It is expected that you will discharge your assigned responsibilities with
high standard of performance, quality, integrity and discipline.
7. You will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of your joining. During the period of
probation your services may be terminated on either side by giving one month’s notice or payment in lieu
thereof and the management reserves the right to waive or reduce the notice period.
8. Your services will be continued further on successful completion of your probation period and after
confirmation of service. If your performance is not found satisfactory, your services will be terminated by
giving three months’ notice or payment in lieu thereof. The notice period for the above purpose would be
three months on either side and the management reserves the right to waive or reduce the notice period. In
such case, you will be relieved at the discretion of the management and you will not be entitled to any
compensation on account of such waiver or reduction of the said notice period.
9. You shall maintain utmost secrecy and confidentiality in the discharge of your function and shall not
disclose any information regarding the affairs of the company, which may come to your knowledge during the
course of execution of your duties and responsibilities.
10. You shall, while in the services of the company, devote your full time and attention exclusively for the
company’s work and responsibilities assigned to you. You shall not engage in any other
commercial/business pursuit, either part time or otherwise, whether with or without pay in any capacity. In
case of violation, your services will be terminated with immediate effect.
11. You shall be obliged to follow the work processes, technical standards, protocols and general instructions
issued thereof, and service rules of the Company as in force and/or amended from time to time.
12. You shall not give any talk, write articles on lay press, give expert opinion, expert consultations outside
without prior intimation to the approving authority and shall not be entitled to any income derived from those
activities without obtaining consent from the approving authority.
13. You shall behave and conduct yourself in an orderly and disciplined manner and maintain absolute
integrity in the discharge of your functions. You shall safeguard the reputation of the company and not be
engaged in any activity demeaning the image of the company.
14. All written materials and other tangible objects, including copies made or compiled by you or made
available to you in the course of your tenure of services, shall be the property of the company and shall be
delivered to the company upon termination of your service or at any other time upon request.
15. If at any time, in the opinion of the company which shall be final, you are found guilty of dishonesty,
improper behavior, negligence of duty, indiscipline, absence from duty for more than 7 days without proper
approval or of any conduct/ commission or omission which are considered by the company as detrimental to
its interest or of violation of one or more terms of this appointment order, your services will be terminated
without notice or any compensation.
16. Upon termination of your service, you will return all company property, which may be in your possession.
It would be obligatory on your part to get a proper relieving letter from the Management before your services
are deemed to be concluded.
17. Your appointment is made based on the information furnished by you in the application and interview. If
any information furnished or declaration given by you with regard to your employment with the Company is
found to be false or any material information willfully suppressed, your appointment would be liable for
termination without any notice or compensation.
18. In relation to any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this employment, Courts
in Chennai will have the sole jurisdiction.
