Project Details: -
The Project is approximately 285,025-square-meter, mixed-use development sited at the threshold between the Masjid
Al-Haram (Grand Mosque) and the vast MASAR urban development project in Makkah. This six-building complex will be
among the most emblematic, and earliest realized, pieces of the MASAR master plan, which envisions over six million
square meters of urban development along a 3.65-kilometer central pedestrian boulevard and adjoining roads. The
Project includes the following program components:
One Luxury residential tower, two 5-star Hotel Tower, one 4-star hotel tower, two Retail Shopping Malls, Bus Rapid
Transit terminal and Service Buildings
Responsibilities: -
Daily monitoring & pre inspection to check the work according to project specifications, shop
drawings, Method of Statements & ITP.
Ensuring approved materials to be used as per specification & material technical approval.
Control and monitoring all activities following method statement applicable codes, practices,
QA/QC policies, performance standards and project specifications
Issuing Internal NCR’s & site observations.
Highlighting all discrepancies during monitoring inspection and informing with the same
inspection & meeting about quality problem.
Preparing Weekly/Monthly quality report & proposal presentation report
Sole responsible for all Quality Control Activities for the allotted area of discipline
Responsible for all as-built drawings of the Transformers and Busways projects along with all the drawings,
cable schedules, test reports
Responsible for preparation of all types of reports which will be required by the client or the project team
Keep records of all drawings and make sure that construction is according to the approved revisions
Keep Records of all test reports and changes suggested by consultants and ensure proper markups
approved signatures
Analyze specifications and manuals and provide technical information to implement operating procedures,
clarify ambiguities and solve problems
Calibration of the testing equipment and records maintenance
Coordination with the Project depth at the site to close the raised NCR's
Leading the scheduled and preventive maintenance team and developing the time plan
Following up on handling material failures with relevant departments and ensuring only QC passed material
will be available for production
Checks all project drawings, documentation, calculations, technical evaluations and manpower estimates to
ensure accuracy and completeness
Prepare Final QA/ QC dossier to submit to the client
The purpose of this project is to design and develop an efficient battery charger which can use Super capacitor as its
energy source for charging. Designed in ALTIUM and thoroughly tested. The results were verified with the help of a DC
bench power supply, a voltmeter and an ammeter and a physical prototype of the battery charging circuit was
produced.
