UNDER ATTACK!

Are you overly tired, weary, confused, just want to lay

down, or sit in your easy chair and give up?DON'T YOU
DARE GIVE UP, YOU ARE UNDER ATTACK!
This attack is spiritual. It is not as obvious as an attack against your

body, your finances, or anything else in the natural. Spiritual
attacks are not as easy to recognize and you may not realize you
are under attack. The devil comes to try to stop or hinder you from
living in victory and having the joy of the Lord. The attack has
come to squeeze the life out of you and derail your destiny in God.
Once we recognize what we are under we cannot be passive or

ignore the attack thinking it will just go away. We must rise up and
take our stand according to God's Word. We must stay in faith
knowing that we are in a battle against a cunning, sneaky, lying,
opponent. WE are in God's army, commissioned to take back
EVERYTHING the devil has stolen. To break the power of every
attack thrown our way. This kind of attack comes against each of
us. We need to realize the symptoms, recognize the strategies and
not allow these subtly attacks to catch us unaware. If you are born
again, you are at war with the devil!
The attacks come in different ways for each of us. The result the
devil wants is to kill, steal, and destroy. Killing our desires,
stealing our joy, and destroying our walk. Too many times we
expend our energy fighting one another over petty little things,
while the devil beats our brains out. Not noticing that some of
theses fights may be the direct results of a spiritual attack. What
we experience in these situations are the manifestations of the
demons attacking us. We most likely do not know why we acted
like we did, or said what we said. We must remember are battle is
not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, powers and
rulers of darkness in high places. Our battle is in the spirit and God
has given us all the weapons of warfare we need to overcome
every attack. We must know how to use them and position
ourselves to win over every attack of the enemy. (2 Corinthians.
10: 4-5, 1 Tim. 1:18, 2 Tim. 2:3-4)
HOW DO I RECOGNIZE THE ATTACK?
Recognizing his attacks and knowing we are under one is our key
to maintaining victory. Some of the most recognizable symptoms
of an attack are, overly tired, confusion, apathy, lack of desire to
read the word or pray, depression, having a I don't care attitude and
wanting to give up, just to name a few. Many times we are tempted
to replace Godly activities with anything that is easy and does not
require much effort or energy. After all, who wants to do battle
when you are, so drained physically and mentally, that all you
want to do is lay down and rest? Sound's familiar doesn't it?
Satan's biggest deception is to keep us from that recognizing we
are under attack. We have to stay sharp and WATCH constantly
for his strategies and schemes. DECARE WAR on the enemy,
move from the defensive posture, and run toward the enemy
becoming an offensive weapon for God. When David encountered
Goliath he ran towards the enemy and defeated him. (1 Samuel
17:48) Become armed and dangerous by attacking the enemy first,
keeping him held at bay.
You say warfare is not for you, then remember this, fighting
against spiritual attacks of the enemy is part of our life in God. The
fight is for all of God's children. God has said that we are to be
good soldiers and to war a good warfare. (1 Tim. 1:18, 2 Tim. 2:3-
4) If we take the position of not doing warfare, then we will be
overrun and defeated when the enemy attacks. We are the body of
Christ, we have suffered violence against us long enough. It is time
to become violent against the devil and everyone who serves him.
Its time for us to stand up and push back every attack, We need to
do it individually and collectively in our homes and our Churches.
We are stronger when we fight these battles together, we can
defeat the devil and his servants if we stand up together and
become God's army again. Matthew 11 verse 12 says that from the
days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers
violence, and the violent take it by force. We need to take back the
kingdom of heaven by force, violent force.
HOW DO I OVERCOME THE ATTACK?
First and foremost, we must repent of our sins of apathy, the I don't
care attitude, ask God to forgive us for letting His church become a
den of iniquity. We need to repent for any unforgiveness that is in
our lives or the churches. We cannot walk in victory against the
enemy if he has a foothold within us. We must stir ourselves up
and refuse to give in to the flesh. The flesh never wants to fight
against the devil. If we give into the flesh we our dangerously
close to being in the devil's army, rather than God's We cannot
afford to stand still any longer and do nothing. If we are not
moving foreword closer to God, than we are moving backwards.
This gives the enemy an open door to defeat us with little or no
effort. We must do what we know to do, and do it on purpose,
cutting the enemy no slack.
Push back against the enemy until he moves. When you feel
oppression, depression, and difficulty reading God's word or
praying, speak out loud and say something like this: “In the name
of Jesus I command every demon attacking me to be gone right
now and forever in Jesus' name!” Perseverance and
persistence in the Spirit is what drives the enemy out of our lives.
Ruthless abandonment of everything except what the Word of God
says to do against an attack. We must continue fighting until we
have moved from the edge of defeat into the winner's circle. There
holding the victory trophy high over our heads, and the enemy is
running away in defeat. God said that the enemy is under our feet.
That is a dominated state, that is where we must keep him. Be sure
both your life and your home are cleansed from any demon spirits
or sin.
WHAT DO I DO WHEN UNDER ATTACK?
Many times in writing articles there is no easy way to understand

the description of “how do I do what I have just read?” I can only
pray that the following paragraphs gives you some of the “how to ”
of coming against a spiritual attack as well as any attack from the
devil. These things can be done when under attack and to keep
yourself in victory when not under attack. Keep your faith high and
keep fighting against our mutual adversary, and remember in
Christ Jesus we are more than conquerors over the devil.
Praise and worship God out loud, with your mouth. Listen to good
praise and worship music. Thank God in advance for the victory,
that's faith in action. Repent and submit yourself unto God. Make
sure you are doing His will and not yours
Pray strong, especially in tongues if you are baptized in the Holy

Spirit and He has given you the gift of tongues. Ask the Holy Spirit
to reveal to you any plans and schemes of the enemy. Every day
ask God to renew His full armor on you. Do not be fearful, be
strong and of good courage. Get radical in God and press towards
the problem in the Spirit. In prayer do not forget to be still and
listen, God needs an opportunity to talk back to you. Anoint
yourself with oil and don't forget to anoint your home. Begin to
tear down any strongholds, casting down every imagination and
evil thought. Bind the devil and his demons and all their plans. Do
not listen to the lies of the enemy telling you that you are defeated
in every area, he is a liar and the father of lies. Remind the devil of
his future and where he is going.
Command every false word or prayer that has been spoken about
you, against you to be canceled in the name of Jesus. Take control
of any negative thoughts, command the demons giving these
thoughts to you to get out and be gone in the name of Jesus. Stand
fast in God, refuse to be moved off God's Word. Believe what you
have prayed,and what you have received. Act in faith, and do not
look at the circumstances. Agree with the Word of God, making all
your decisions on the Word of God. Confess and pray reading the
Word of God daily. Find other believers and come into agreement
with them over the situation. Above all do not give up, or back
down.. We are VICTORIOUS in JESUS CHRIST and He has
already won the battle for you. That’s right your battle has already
been won! So keep up the good fight of faith.
