Hold down both the power button and volume down button for 10 seconds.
2When the LED indicator light flashes, release the buttons. Your earphones are
now reset and ready to be set up with your devices again.

OK — yeah if that's the case it's likely not under warranty here. The limited
warranty for these headphones as one year. But likely also it's just a battery issue
and needs the battery replaced. Where are you located?

So, i have called the Authorized Service Provider and they are saying that without
warranty we wouldn't even look at the problem, and that | have to buy a new one

the Apple authorized service providers in India are the only options for hardware
repairs. We don't have a mail in service there.

200$ to buy a new one ?

What | recommended was changing the battery at an Apple Authorized Service
Provider if possible. But if they are saying that they can't do that I would try the
other one that | mentioned above

So, i spend 2008 to buy a product from a company like yours and your service
provider is saying that he cannot even look at the problem and suggesting me to
buy a new one, so my question is, is this the service you want to provide ?

My best recommendation would be contacting the other service provider. As
mentioned before in India the Apple authorized service providers they are our
only source of hardware repairs so you would have to go through them or call us
directly at 000800 1009009
