Naveen Gadela So, i have called the Authorized Service Provider and they are saying that without warranty we wouldn't even look at the problem, and that | have to buy a new one Michael K — if that's the case then we would have to stand by their call on this because the Apple authorized service providers in India are the only options for hardware repairs. We don't have a mail in service there. Naveen Gadela But do you think, instead of changing the battery, you expect to spend again 200$ to buy a new one ? Naveen Gadela So, is that what you call a service ? Michael What | recommended was changing the battery at an Apple Authorized Service Provider if possible. But if they are saying that they can't do that I would try the other one that | mentioned above Naveen Gadela I tried hard reset and it doesn't work Michael Michael Yes.
