2. The following is the agreed new set of Homeroom PTA Officers for school year
2022-2023

3. Mrs. Astrera reiterated the following school’s rules and regulations:
 The school never allows boys to have long hair; in short they should always
observe proper haircut.
 Pupil’s behavior, tardiness and absences will be recorded by the adviser and
subject teachers so that in case the parents would want to know the status of
their children, there is a record to serve as basis. If the student fails to send a
notice (Excuse Letter) to the teacher as to the reason of his absence, he/she

shall therefore be subject to dropped for the school year. In addition, the
teacher will send letters to the parents and conduct home visits if cases like
this occur.
 Mrs. Astrera reminded the parents of the transferees to follow up the SF10 of
their children from their previous school and be reminded to have their
children’s birth certificate PSA.
 Mrs. Adornado the PTA vice President suggested that if the parents cannot
attend any school activities such as School PTA Overall Meeting and
quarterly meeting if by chance they would just send letter informing the
adviser that they cannot attend because they have to attend very important
matter, and those parents who didn’t attend and with out valid reason they
will donate something inside the classroom, and this suggestion was seconded
by all parents.
 Absences was also discussed by Mrs. Astrera informing all the parents that if
the students reached 20% absences of the school year he/she will immediately
be dropped or consider as dropped.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON REMEDIAL CLASS
FOUR-QUEZON
Remedial Reading Instruction is needed to help who are identified to have low
performances in Reading.
The teacher conducted one on one Remedial Reading Instruction to the slow reader.
There were nine (9) pupils who undergone the Remedial Class wherein seven (7) of them
showed learning improvements in regard to reading such as blending sounds as well as
reading words and sentences. The remaining number of pupils is still in need of fast-tracking
remedial instruction for the following days.

give feedback on their math learning daily or review their learning at the end of the week.
The journal also contains goal setting, a glossary and a section for parents to sign each week
for ongoing communication.

A. A totally new concept

B. Establishes classroom and pupils, as well as between pupils and their classmates.
Mathematics makes our life orderly and prevents chaos. Certain qualities that are
nurtured by mathematics are power of reasoning, creativity, abstract or spatial
thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving ability even affective communicating
skills.
C. A familiar concept but learned something new
Some pupils struggle with multiplication to the point where they fail to class
quizzes. With plenty of practice and help them to master the multiplication we use
variety of games, manipulative counters, flashcards, videos and different songs. I
think they improved greatly in that area. This helps me complete more difficult
math problems much faster. I have learned the concepts behind math as well as the
math itself. In my class, I always explain how multiplication was created and why it
works before he explained how it was used.
