    He was weeping, bitter tears trickling down into his mouth and he felt how bitter they were and
    was waiting for the break/light of day/dawn, to go to the kiosk, to look at himself. At one point,
    he realized that they were actually tears of joy. Indeed, if you know how to sacrifice everything
    for art’s sake, you will win in the end/eventually. Tomorrow everyone would say his name, nod
    and be interested in his destiny... in biographies... Just at that moment, when he heard the word
    “biography”, as if he were eavesdropping, the door opened and the guy who kept asking him for
    autobiographies appeared again, smiling, grinning even, although he kept himself within the
    boundaries of politeness. In his hand there was a large cage... about the size of that room, if not
    bigger. He beckoned him to get in. If he were/was a bird, if he sang, which he did so beautifully,
    let him enter the cage and write his autobiography.
