EFT Tapping Worksheet

This document provides sample "recipes" for using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping to address common issues like anxiety, feeling not good enough, and feeling worried and not in control. The recipes outline 3 rounds of tapping with specific affirmations for the karate chop point and other points. They guide the user to tap while describing the triggering situation, emotions, and bodily sensations in rounds 1 and 2, and to tap with self-compassion and an intention to release in round 3. Instructions are given to take deep breaths between rounds. A writing prompt at the end invites creating a custom EFT recipe to address a current stressor.
