Shadowwork is a psychological and spiritual


concept that involves exploring and addressing the
hidden, unconscious aspects of oneself. It is a
process of self-discovery and self-awareness that
seeks to bring to light the aspects of our
personality, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors that
we may have repressed, denied, or ignored.
