CUET PG Application Form 2024 - The National Testing Agency has released the CUET PG 2024
application form on December 26, 2023 in online mode. The NTA has announced the CUET PG 2024
application form date on the official website - pgcuet.samarth.ac.in. Candidates must fill out and
submit the application form before the CUET PG application form 2024 last date, January 24, 2024.
The NTA has published the CUET PG 2024 exam dates in online mode. The CUET PG entrance exam
will be conducted between March 11 to March 28 in online Computer Based mode. Candidates must
complete the registration process within the scheduled CUET PG form date 2024.

CUET PG Application Form- Major Changes

Before applying for admission to postgraduate courses at CUET PG participating universities,

applicants must be aware of the changes implemented this year.

CUET PG Official Website: The CUET PG registration, which was earlier hosted on cuet.nta.nic.in, is
now available on a new website – pgcuet.samarth.ac.in. The official CUET PG website has uploaded
the information brochure, syllabus and other details on eligibility, number of subjects, participating
universities and colleges.
CUET PG Application Fee Increased: Candidates from the general category will have to pay Rs 1,200
this year for registration, which is an increase of Rs 200 compared to last year. Similarly, OBC-NCL/
Gen-EWS applicants will have to pay Rs 1,000. An additional fee of Rs 600 needs to be paid for any
extra test paper, which is Rs 100 more than last year's amount of Rs 500. For those applying from
outside India for up to two tests, the fee is now Rs 6,000, whereas earlier it was Rs 5,000, and for
extra papers, the fee is Rs 2,000 instead of Rs 1,500.

Choice of CUET PG Test Papers Decreased: The candidate for the CUET PG 2024 exam is allowed to
choose a maximum of four question paper codes, while in 2023 NTA allowed up to 20 test paper
codes to be chosen.

Number of CUET PG Questions Decreased: This year, the question paper for CUET PG 2024 will have
75 questions, as opposed to the 100 questions in previous years. Each correct answer will be given
four marks, while one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

CUET PG 2024 Exam Duration Reduced: The duration of the CUET PG exam has been reduced from
120 minutes to 105 minutes. In 2024, the exam will take place in three shifts. The first shift will begin
at 9 a.m. and end at 10:45 a.m., while the second and third shifts will be conducted from 12:45 p.m.
to 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., respectively.

CUET PG Exam Cities Decreased: For the CUET PG 2024 exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has
decreased the number of exam cities in India from 337 to 300. Including centres outside India, the
total number of CUET PG exam centre cities is 324. Candidates can select two cities of their
preference based on their permanent or current address.
