2 BIM MANAGEMENT
2.1 Purpose of the BIM Execution Plan
This BIM Management Plan defines the execution, monitoring and control of BIM for this project.
2.2 Application of the BIM Execution Plan
Applicable project phases:
BIM Management Plan is applied throughout whole project’s lifecycle, starting from design stages in
Capex, through construction and into Opex in facility management stages. It represents a guidance
that outlines project’s all processes for task teams to implement BIM processes, and controls
collaboration among participant parties, followed by modelling, coordination, information exchange
and data management.
