children. It is essential to understand the root causes of this issue and consider effective actions to
combat it.
Firstly, one major contributor to childhood obesity is the excessive consumption of fast food, leading
to a significant intake of unhealthy fats. Secondly, a lack of physical activity exacerbates the problem,
as children who do not engage in sports are prone to weight gain. Thirdly, a sedentary lifestyle,
characterized by prolonged periods of inactivity, contributes significantly to the accumulation of
calories and, consequently, weight gain.
However, every problem has its solution. To address childhood obesity, it is imperative that
overweight children incorporate regular physical activity into their routines. Engaging in sports will
not only help them shed excess fat but also promote overall well-being. Additionally, encouraging
children to lead an active lifestyle by spending time outdoors, playing with friends, and participating
in recreational activities can contribute to calorie expenditure and weight management. Moreover, a
crucial aspect of the solution lies in adopting a balanced and healthy diet, ensuring that children
consume nutritious foods in appropriate quantities.
In conclusion, tackling the issue of childhood obesity is a complex challenge, but it is one that
demands urgent attention. Implementing a combination of regular physical activity, an active lifestyle,
and a healthy diet is essential to combating and preventing overweight issues in children. By taking
decisive actions, we can work towards eliminating this pressing problem from our society.
Nowadays, our society is struggling of many problems like the such as overweight kids, but why is
there an issue like that, and what kind of action do we have to take to fight that problem? First of all,
let's talk about reasons of number of overweight children, here are some of them.
Firstly, the main cause of that issue is eating too much fast food, this will cause gaining a lot of lipids.
Secondly, kids who do not practice any kind of sport may struggle with fat increasing, so, the second
issue is: the lack of physical activity. Thirdly, taking a lot of rest time is a big problem and one of the
main reasons of obesity, because kids who do not make any action in their life (like playing with
friends, going outside for leisure, ...etc.) are gaining a big quantity of calories, and that impacts their
weight, so it will increase. On the other hand, there is no illness without its remedy, so, here are
some solutions of that problem. Children who are overweight must practice a lot of sports, so, they
can lose some fat. In addition, they have to do some actions in their own life, like hanging out with
friends, going outside for relaxing ...etc., so, they can lose some calories. Also, kids ought to eat
healthy food, and that will give them healthy lipids with small quantity.
In conclusion, it is not easy to deal with this problem, but I would say that obesity is the worst issue
that we must take action to make it disappear from our life.
Nowadays, people worldwide engage with various social media platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, and TikTok. These platforms often lead to discussions about the private lives of well-
known individuals. Some argue that the media should share information about the secret lives of
celebrities, while others contend that every individual has the right to a private life. The question
arises: who holds the right perspective?
Supporters of the first viewpoint suggest that people are naturally curious about the private lives of
celebrities. Many individuals enjoy glimpses into the lives of the famous while keeping their own lives
private. However, this fascination with celebrity lives brings little tangible benefit and can lead to
feelings of jealousy, particularly among women. The idealized portrayal of famous people's lives may
fuel unrealistic aspirations, fostering envy among the general public.
On the other hand, those advocating for the right to privacy emphasize the wisdom in recognizing
that every person is entitled to a private life. They argue against the unnecessary invasion of privacy
by the media, highlighting the potential negative consequences. Respecting individuals' privacy not
only allows them to live their lives more comfortably but also contributes to the safety of social
media platforms, particularly for younger users.
In conclusion, the debate over the disclosure of private lives on social media is intriguing. However,
advocating for the right to privacy seems wise. Granting individuals the right to keep certain aspects
of their lives private is not only considerate but also contributes to a safer and more respectful online
environment.
Nowadays, people around the world have social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik tok, ...etc.
And these platforms made humans talk about the secret life of well-known individuals, some of them
think that the media has to post information about famous people's secret life, which the others
think that every human being has the right of having a private life. But, who is the right one?
For the first case, we all know that all people are curious about knowing the private life of famous
humans, but they do not like to show their ones, they only want to see how famous people live.
Actually, there is not any benefit from seeing how popular humans live, it is a waste of time. Also, this
may cause a lot if jealousy, especially between women because all of us know that famous people's
life is the dream of every human being, their life is the best, so, this will make others jealous.
For the second case, the other people who say that every person has a right to privacy are wise,
because they know the issues that this situation can cause. Also, they want the media to provide
some privacy to others so they can live their life properly.
In addition, by controlling the privacy of people or stopping the agreement of publishing private life
of someone will make these social media platforms safer for young individuals to use. In conclusion,
this topic is very intresting. So, I would say that I agree with the perspective of the human beings who
say that all the individuals around the world must have the right of getting privacy for their own
secret life. It is safer for all of social media users.
The bar chart represents the percentage of the average world illiteracy rates in different nations for
both male and female for the previous year. Overall, female's percentage exceed male's percentage.
And, there is a variety in values for both genders. Also, South Asia is dominating the other regions by
having the highest illiteracy rates compared to them. In addition, developed countries has the lowest
percentage for male and female among the other countries. First of all, for the developed countries,
the values are almost null, it is about 1% and 2% for male and female respectively. On the other hand,
Latin American/Caribbean percentage is between 10% and 20%, for male it is 10%, but for female it is
nearly 12%. In addition, for East Asia /Oceania, it is in 8% for male and 20% for female. For the rest of
the regions, they are almost between 30% and 60%, it is almost 31%, 29%, and 34% for male in the
Sub-Saharan Africa, Arab States, and South Asia nations respectively, but for woman it is
approximately 48%, 52%, and 56% in the same three nations respectively.

Nowadays, young people are studying two different categories of subjects which are academic and
non-academic subjects. However, some individuals think that the non-academic subjects should be
removed from the studying program at school so that children can pay more attention to the
academic work. So, what is the safest opinion?
For the first case, keeping both studying categories is better for kids because of several reasons, here
are the main ones. Firstly, taking non-academic classes means gaining a lot of skills, and that can give
the humanity numerous brilliant humans such as chef Burak, Pablo Picasso, ...etc.
Secondly, non-academic subjects can make children feel better by making them entertained in these
subjects. And because of that they will be able to study the academic subjects better than any time
before. For the second case, humans who think that the non-academic classes should be removed are
not wise at all, because they did not expect the consequences of fulfilling this action. Firstly, kids that
are concentrating on academic work only may hate that in the future, so they will not continue the
education with the same manner they used to do before, or even stop the education at all. Secondly,
young people must have some leisure time to relax and have some fun, and these non-academic
lessons are the best choice for that, but by taking out these lessons children will not have leisure time
to relax and have some fun, and that may cause a lot of issues like bad feeling, hating
education, ...etc.
In conclusion, I would say that the best point of view is keeping non-academic subjects in schools,
because this latter has a good impact in kids.
