    RESOLUTION NO. __02__ SERIES 2023

    WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10121 or Philippines Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act 2010,
    mandates the strengthening of Philippines Disaster Risk Reduction Management System, providing
    the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Framework and Institutionalizing National
    Disaster RiskReduction Management Plan Appropriating Funds,
    Therefore, and for other Purpose.

    WHEREAS, Ra 10121 Section 11(a) mandates the BDRRMCs to approve, monitor and evaluate, the
    implementation of BDRRMPs and regularly review, test the Plan consistent with the other National
    And Barangay Planning Programs, (b) ensure the integration of disaster risk reduction and climate
    change adoption into local development plans, programs and budgetsas strategy in a sustainable
    development poverty reduction.

    WHEREAS, Barangay Disaster risk Reduction Management Council (BDRRMC),through participatory


    planning and workshop had formulated Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management (BDRRMC)
    Plan for CY 2024

    WHEREAS, it has a total amount of One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos
    and 20/100 ( Php. 121,730.20) with the indicated allotment per programs as follows.
    BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
    PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM
    Training and Seminars on Disaster Preparedness and Response 30,000.00
    Procurement of DRR Equipment, other equipage and supplies 25,000.00
    Provision of Medicine 30,211.14

    RESPONSE, REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY PROGRAM


    Provision of Emergency Assistant 36,519.06
    Food Subsistence/Relief Goods

    TOTAL PHP. 121,730.20

    WHEREFORE, on motion of HON. NESTOR P. LACSON Barangay COUNCILOR AND BDRRMC


    MEMBER which was unanimously seconded.

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council


    of this Barangay to pass resolution approving and endorsing, the 2024 Barangay Disaster Risk
    Reduction Management Plan of Barangay Amuguis,Mulanay, Quezon to the Sangguniang
    Barangay for Adoption and consideration to the 2024 Barangay Annual Budget.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward this resolution to persons and authorities concerned for their
    information
