INTRODUCTION
This SID training course on Advanced Strategic Project & Risk Management examines project management tools and techniques,
to help ensure success for medium to large and complex projects. Project management processes are examined in detail, and
includes, stakeholder management, with advice on how senior managers within an organization, are able to support projects and
the project manager to a successful delivery.

This 10 day training course aligns with the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®)

Participants will develop the following competencies:

X- Project planning and estimating, including resource and costs
