During my internship at PAYYANUR COOPERATIVE HOSPITAL SOCIETY


LTD (PCHSL), I had the privilege of being part of a leading healthcare institution dedicated to

The Administrative Service is the backbone of PCHSL, managing day-to-day operations.

4.Nursing Service:The Nursing Service, under the leadership of the Chief Nursing Officer

role in ensuring a healthcare experience. The Pharmacy department focused on patient
interactions, product selling, and efficient distribution. Responsibilities included answering
patient queries, managing phone calls, and handling emergencies. At the Insurance
department, staff assisted patients with insurance inquiries, ensures accurate billing, and
maintains meticulous patient records. Meanwhile, the Radiology department emphasized the
preparation of patient details, handling inquiries, collaborating with healthcare teams, and

experience not only enhanced my professional toolkit but also prepared me to navigate the
