    Dear ​Ms. Gordiel​:

    Greetings from Mr. DIY “Family Stores”!

    We hope that this letter finds you, your family and company well.

    Mr. DIY would like to thank you in allowing our store to operate under the Community Quarantine.

    However, sustainability and safety for both our employees and customers are the most important
    factors during this crisis.

    The current Foot traffic is not as favorable, and it would take more than a year to bring back the
    sales momentum from 2019.

    In this regard, we would like to seek your management's help by providing us a rental reprieve starting
    May 1, 2020 and for the remainder of the year 2020, this is also to keep our store and office
    operational.

    Mr. DIY wishes to propose the following rental terms:

    Rental – 3% (three percent on Gross Sales)
