(II) Uposatha silaya 01 Ashtangika silaya consists of eight precepts. Write down the first six precepts
in order.
(III) Name five of the ten meritorions deeds you have done in Dhamma school or at home and write
down the benefits you get from engaging in those meritorions deeds.

02) (I) The death of a person evokes grief and sympathy for others. Write for customs adopted by
the ancient society to eliminate this sentimentality at a funeral.
(II) One of the primary functions performed at a funeral is the religions rites. There are many
rituals under this. Write down six of them.
(III) Nowadays, there are many activities that Buddhists should not do in funeral homes. Write
down ten things that you would not approve of as a Dhamma School child.

03) (I) Name the four meritorious acts of the ten meritorious deeds performed by words.
(II) As a Dhamma School students, write down six actions that you can follow in your daily life
to avoid the ten evils.
(III) Give a definition to the word merit and write down the good results you will get from
practicing the merits from the word mentioned in the ten merits with two for each merit.

04) (I) Name four local and foreign scholars who helped sir, Anagarika Dharmapala in his social and
religions services.
(II) Name six services done by sir Anagarika Dharmapala for uplifting the country, nation and
religion both locally and abroad.
(III) Briefly explain how you would act to establish two examples into your own life by writing
six example from sir Anagarika Dharmapala.

02) Write the short answers for the following questions.


(I) Accroding to the nature, chaitasika are 52.
These fifty two have four common characteristics. Write two of them.
(II) Write the meaning of sabha citta fair minded. Mind and name one of the seven minded mind.
(III) Name two of the four evil and reasonable thoughts that apply to every evil mind.
(IV) Name the two main types of meditation.
(V) Write two possible results which can be obtained from seelanussathi meditation.
