现有冲压生产线一条，主要吨位为1300T,800T,630T,630T,均为机械式压力机，1300T气垫设计有延时功能，减少冲压件拉裂、回弹，提

rebounds. This stamping line has an annual manufacturing capability of 1 million units. And this line is capable of manufacturing large as
well as middle size panel parts such as Front beam， Rear beam，Panel plnm lwr， Tail beam， Rear floor.

Welding Line

焊接线 Welding Line

焊接线采用手工线结合机器人线方式，机器人线采用自动抓举转移物料、滑台式转移物料形式，提高了自动化水平；该线具备比较强的
柔性化能力，能够同时生产CN113R、CN210R、CN202SR三个车型，随时切换以相应客户需求。

装配线采用的是倍速输送链方式，线体有自动反转机构，正压充气试漏系统。自动判断注油系统，能够正确快速加注齿轮油，采用带数
据线的防错扭力扳手，防止漏打扭力。前悬装配线采用旋转台方式、外倾角在线自动检测系统，快速准确检测外倾角。
