Reflection Questions:
1. What positive behaviors could you identify in the way you
communicate? In my self-diagnosis, I identified positive behaviors such
as seeking adequate time for peaceful dialogue (Question 1),
communicating clearly and respectfully with both bosses and co-workers
(Questions 2 and 3), setting aside time for goal establishment and
performance evaluation (Questions 7), addressing matters to colleagues
in a clear and respectful way (Question 9), and giving positive recognition
to colleagues' activities (Question 10).

2. What behaviors of yours do you feel need improving? I


acknowledge the need for improvement in actively listening to understand
my managers and/or directors (Question 4), listening to understand my
co-workers (Question 5), and actively listening with understanding and
respect in work meetings (Question 6). Additionally, I see room for
improvement in dedicating sufficient time to establish goals and evaluate
collaborators' performance (Question 8).

3. How do you think your way of communicating affects people


and results? My positive communication behaviors contribute to a
positive work environment and motivate colleagues to improve. However,
areas needing improvement, such as active listening, may hinder effective
collaboration and understanding, potentially impacting results.

4. What factors do you think influence the way you communicate


with others? Various factors influence my communication, including
workload, stress, and the nature of the communication itself. Additionally,
past experiences and personal biases may shape my communication
style.

5. What conclusions can you make based on these observations


that will allow you to improve your communication as a leader,
both in the work environment and in your personal environment?
I conclude that enhancing active listening skills and dedicating sufficient
time to certain aspects of communication will contribute significantly to
my effectiveness as a leader. Recognizing the impact of workload and
personal biases on communication is crucial for improvement.

listen attentively and understand others.

periodic surveys or informal discussions. This feedback loop
will help me assess my progress and make necessary
adjustments.
