PEER AND SELF RATING (whole of 2nd Sem 21-22)

Teamwork is vital to the success of any research endeavor. Therefore, I intend to give value to how much your teammates feel you contribute to
all outputs required of the team. This is the time for responsible, objective assessments. Not a time for spite. In the workplace, you CANNOT
choose whom you work with, but the attitude by which you handle yourself and deal with the situation, that is within your control. Take
responsibility for it. Learn the value of assessing people you work with for what they can offer to your organization. Essentially, your team is your
organization. Your comments and feedback are mandatory to explain your scores. I will expect to read reasons for your feedback as this covers the
entire semester's work. You may add a second page for your comments, if needed. Also, the last row in the table should be your self-evaluation.
Do not be modest. If you feel you deserve the highest scores, then score accordingly. But if not, be honest with yourself and your groupmates.
How you rate yourself is also reflective of you.
