    A RESOLUTION CONCURRING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. DANILO JOSE


    TAAD AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY DEL
    PILAR, CASTILLEJOS, ZAMBALES

    WHEREAS, Section 7 of the Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the


    Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Chairperson (SK Person) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK (SK
    Members) from among the members of the KK;

    WHEREAS, RA 11768 was enacted and amended among others, Section 10 of


    RA 10742, which provides that the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary must be at least
    eighteen (18) years and not more than thirty (30) years old on the day of the
    appointment;

    WHEREAS, Mr. Danilo Jose Taad possesses all the qualifications for the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer as provided under Republic Act 10742 and 11768;

    NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the


    appointment of Mr. Danilo Jose Taad of Barangay Del Pilar, Castillejos, Zambales until
    the end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed;

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnish, Mr. Danilo Jose
    Taad for his file, the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan, the DILG Municipal Local
    Government Operations Officer and the Local Youth Development Office of Castillejos,
    Zambales for their information and records.
