Robots are increasingly being used in industry, science and even the military.

Many people feel that this is a dangerous development. To what extent do you
agree or disagree with this statement?
Since the rapid development high-technology, robots gradually appear and bring
many advantages to our life in many fields. However, some people suppose that
this is a dangerous evolution threatening human beings. Personally, I believe that
the benefits of the robot outweigh the negative impacts of it.
On the one hand, there are two main reasons people argue that robots might have
bad effects on society. Firstly, it may lead to unemployment because people will be
replaced by the robots, especially the labor-intensive industry. Secondly, AI makes
robots think and act by themselves without any written programs, that is a threat to
the humankind.
On the other hand, it is the fact that robots can work continuously and accurately,
which means they produce products with high quality and productivity. On the
contrary, if human do the same work in the same time, they can not work in such a
flawless and efficient way. Therefore, robots are very significant with the industry
as well as the economy. Also, robots are being used in science to develop
innovative solutions and analysis. Moreover, several robots are designed for
military applications, from transport to search, rescue and attack. Besides,
domestic robots such as floor sweeping robots, vacuum cleaner robot… are so
popular with many busy families because of its convenience and authenticity.
Clearly, robots can do anything which we need to be precise and excellent.
In conclusion, although there are some consequences about robots that should be
concerned, I believe that robots bring more benefits than drawbacks to human's
future development. Government should enforce strict regulations to prevent the
misuse of the robots.
