SEPRA® DEWATERING SCREW PRESS (SEPARATOR)
SEPRA® dewatering screw press is an equipment designed to reduce the moisture content of
organic raw materials. SEPRA® Separator is used to produce separated liquid and solid
organic fertilizers from various types of raw materials with high moisture content.

Delivery time – 20-30 calendar days.
Delivery costs are not included.
Warranty period – 24 month.
Payment terms: A Buyer makes prepayment in the amount of 20% of equipment cost within
10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing the contract of sale. The second payment in the
amount of 80% is paid after the Buyer receives notification from the Seller about readiness of
Equipment for the shipment.
APPLICATION OF THE SEPRA® DEWATERING SCREW
PRESS TO REDUCE MOISTURE CONTENT OF ORGANIC
RAW MATERIALS
We offer the technology for the production of fertilizers or feeding stuff for live-
stock animals from organic raw materials using the SEPRA® Dewatering
Separator that also accelerates processing due to separation into fractions: liquid
and solid ones.
Recycling is two income items:

1. Recycling of raw materials for a fee.
2. Sale of products (dry and liquid fertilizer, animal feeding stuff) or their
use for their own purposes.
If necessary, the obtained raw material can be further granulated and used as fuel for boilers or
animal feeding stuff.
SEPRA® Dewatering Separator solves the problem of recycling and it also provides a
monthly profit with using free raw materials, which volumes are constantly renewed by the
enterprise itself.
STANDARD SEPARATION SCHEME

1. Intake of raw materials and its transportation from the settling tank to the separator.
2. Process of separating raw material into solid and liquid fractions.
3. Removal of fluid to the tank.
4. Output of solid fraction that is used as fertilizer, fuel, bedding or feeding stuff.
