We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandiser who will join our team based in A Coruña. This role
is responsible for creating a visual environment that encourages costumers to find their personal style.
A Visual Merchandiser needs to know very well the brand values to display firm’s personality in each
of the stores. In addition, this role will be taking managerial responsibility such as the coordination of
the store team to deliver the perfect Customer Experience. To meet the standards of AO.T0CH1 there
will be weekly meetings with the marketing and design department.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of the stores, ensuring the quality and detail that
characterizes the brand. Emphasizing the importance of placing the items respecting the
established criteria (furniture, lighting, decoration, essence and sound).
• Plan the aesthetics and layout of the interior and exterior of the stores, depending on the
different seasons or campaigns; keeping the rest of the departments informed about the
changes made.
• Collaboration with the design and marketing department to develop commercial proposals in
line with new launches for the benefit of achieving a greater impact on consumers and the
market.
• Assign tasks to the store team according to the approved plan established in the previous
meetings. Maintain a good relationship with the team to improve customer service. Carry out
activities in which store staff can contribute different ideas that help to improve shopping
experience.
• Look for new ways to display products in an original and innovative way. Organize events in
which the clients are the ones who participate in the layout of the stores.
Key Requirements.
• Availability:
o Availability to work overnights and weekends during periods of upcoming seasons or
new launches/ campaigns.
o Residence in A Coruña or being able to get there.
o Must be open and available to regular travel (more than the 65% of the working time),
to contact with other departments and for inspirational trips (these are part of labour
journeys).
