Completing CSP Interview through Willo

Before the Interview


 Step 1: Please read ALL instructions provided below before beginning!

 Step 2: Make sure you are in an appropriate environment to complete the interview. You will need:

o Working microphone and webcam (very important!) We recommend that you use headphones
with a microphone for better audio quality
o Strong internet connection
o Quiet surroundings with no background noise
o A well-lit room or plenty of natural daylight. Be sure that the light is in front of you and not
behind you, if possible
o Clean background. Avoid interviewing in a messy, cluttered, or distracting space

Note: We recommend that you complete this interview using the latest version of Google Chrome or
Mozilla Firefox (though it is possible to complete the interview using another internet browser, such as
Safari or Microsoft Edge)

 Step 3: Open the email titled “Your Interview with Community Solutions Program”. To learn more about
the Willo interview platform, click “5 Easy Steps to Complete Your Interview”

 Step 4: To begin your interview, return to the email in your inbox, and click “Go to your interview!”
 Step 5: Listen and/or watch the welcome message and read the instructions. Then click “Continue.”
 Step 6: You will see a page titled “How to record a great video” where you can watch and/or read
helpful tips about completing your interview.

Optional Practice Recording

 Step 7: At the bottom of the page, you have the option to click “Try it Out” to conduct a practice test and
practice using the Willo platform and test your video and microphone. The interview review committee
will not see this response. Follow the prompts to complete the practice interview. After each practice
question, you can click “Save and Continue” to move forward. Your computer may request access to
your camera and microphone. Please accept this request to proceed with recording your video and
audio answers. After two practice questions, you will be taken back to the “How to record a great video”
page. If you experience difficulties accessing your video and/or microphone, please make sure you
have done the following:
o Make sure you have selected the correct camera and microphone
o If necessary, on the left side of the screen, select “allow” to give Willo access to your camera
and microphone
o If you are not able to successfully connect the video and/or audio connection after
completing the steps above, try opening the interview link using a different internet browser

Note: If you are still unable to pass the connection test, click the “?” button at the bottom right
side of the page to speak to a Willo live agent or send an email to technical support. You can also
email Willo technical support directly at support@willo.video.
Completing the Interview

You will have unlimited retakes to answer each interview question, but once you submit your response for each
question, you will not be able to go back and re-record any individual responses until the interview review
screen, which will allow you to review all recorded responses (and re-record if needed) prior to your final
submission.

 Step 1: Once you click “Get Started” it will proceed directly to the first question.

 Step 2: Please read the question written on the screen. Once you have read the questions and feel
prepared to answer, click “Record Now.”

 Step 3: Once you click “Record Now”, the video screen will count down “3...2...1...” and then the
recording will begin. Please provide your response to the question. The question will remain on the
screen during this time for your reference.

 Step 4: Each question has a three-minute time limit. If you reach the time limit, the question will
stop recording automatically.

 Step 5: Once the recording ends, you will have the option to review it and "Re-record" to record
your answer again or “Save and Continue” to save your recording and proceed to the next question. If
you click “Record Again,” there will be another three second countdown and the recording will begin
again, providing another three-minute time limit to re-record your answer.

 Step 6: If you are satisfied with your recording, please click “Save and continue”. Be patient - it may
take a moment for the system to process your recording. Continue with the interview until you have
completed responses to all eight questions.

 Step 7: After completing all questions, you will be taken to a review page where you can do a final
review of all your video question responses. It is at this time that you can re-record any responses
that you wish to re-record.

 Step 8: If you are satisfied with all your responses, you can click “Next” to submit your answers!
You will be asked to confirm your name, email address and telephone number. After providing this
information, click ‘Save’. You will see a confirmation on the screen that says “You’re all done” and will
receive a confirmation email with the subject “Interview Completed.” This email may take a few minutes
to appear in your inbox. Please also check your junk/spam. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation
email, please email support@willo.video to confirm your interview completion.

If you experience technical issues while attempting to complete the interview, please use the self- help
resources at https://support.willo.video/collection/4-candidates to troubleshoot the issue. If you are still
experiencing difficulties after reviewing these resources, please contact Willo customer support service
at support@willo.video.

Make sure to mention the email address you are using to complete the interview and attach a
screenshot or picture of your issue to the email to help Willo resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
