    The First Executive Meeting of the Students’ Fellowship was held on 8th March
    2024 at 4:00 p.m. from Dining Hall. Warden, Sir.Paokhohang Chongloi presided
    the meeting with Bro. Elvis Khupgousang Hengna, Gen. Secretary as the recording

    Secretary. The meeting began with a blessing prayer by Sir. Paokhohang Chongloi.
    Whereas,also exalt the house with some compliments and the meeting began.

    Resolution No. 1. After a long deliberation of Mess the Meeting has resolved the
    President of TTS/RTC as Convener and the other Students Fellowship will
    assist in maintaining Mess and also it has been resolved to follow the Mess
    Minin Neihsel Timing.
    Asst. Social Work I/c a)Students Fellowship's Auditors are entrusted to be Mess Auditor. They are
    to conduct a mess audit and prepare mess audit report every month.
    Timing of Mess shall be strictly maintained.

    Paochunglen Hangshing Summer- Lunch 8:00 a.m.


    Dinner 5:00 p.m.
    Auditor
    Winter- Lunch 8:00 a.m.
    Dinner 4:30 p.m.
    Jangkhohao Misao The lunch timing closes at 08:30 a.m.
    The dinner timing closes at 05:00 p.m. in winter and 05:30 p.m. in summer.
