This letter is to inform you that FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. will be discontinuing the operations it currently
manages for its customer at its facility located at 6720 Oakley Industrial Blvd,, Union City, Georgia
30291 (the “Facility”) due to its customer’s decision to transition its business to another location in
Jackson, GA (the “Jackson Facility”). As a result, approximately 326 employees working at the Facility
will be displaced from their employment at the Facility.
FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. anticipates that there may be employment opportunities for impacted
employees at the Jackson Facility in the near future; however, the discontinuance of operations at the
Facility is expected to be permanent. Workforce reductions are expected to occur in several phases
beginning on April 8, 2024 and concluding on June 23, 2024. All impacted employees have received
written notice under the Worker Adjustment Retraining and Notification Act.
All affected employees will be paid wages and benefits through their last day of employment with FedEx
Supply Chain, Inc. Any retirement and group insurance benefits to which employees are entitled will be
provided in accordance with the terms of the applicable employee benefit plans.
No seniority-based bumping rights exist and none of the employees are members of a collective
bargaining unit represented by a union.
We are providing information to affected employees about other FedEx openings, including at the
Jackson Facility and other nearby FedEx facilities.

To the extent this action constitutes a plant closing under the Federal Worker Adjustment and Retraining
Notification Act and/or applicable Georgia state or local laws with respect to plant closings and
reductions in operations, this letter is intended to fulfill any affected governmental officials notice
requirements.
