REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
1. On check-in day, you will receive a text regarding the details of registration. Please reply, your estimated time of
arrival

2. Upon arrival at Hamilo Coast - Pico de Loro Gate, present the Guest Registration Form at Guest Registration Area
(right side of the guard house) and request for the Car Pass (Guest Arrival Form). Give the Car Pass (Guest Arrival
Form) at the Guard House then proceed to Country Club for the registration
3. At the Country Club, please meet the endorsing member and settle the unit balance (if any) and guest fee (if any).
Present your Valid ID, Senior/PWD ID, Guest Registration Form and Proof of Payment of the Reservation at the
Registration Counter (left side of the country club). You will receive a waterproof wristband and Booking
Confirmation Form afterwards
Registration at the Country Club opening hours, succeeding hours will be processed the following day
- Sunday to Thursday: 8 AM to 7 PM
- Friday to Saturday: 8 AM to 9 PM
The waterproof wristband will serve as your access to the Pico de Loro Amenities (Pico Beach, Country
Club Pool, Country Club Amenities, etc). Please do not damage or remove it for your entire stay. There’s a
fee for replacement
4. After registration at the Country Club, proceed to your designated building for check-in at 2 PM. Present your
Booking Confirmation Form and Guest Registration Form at the Reception Counter – Lobby
Please take note there’s an additional charge for early check-in and late check out
Tip: You may register as early as 8 AM to access the amenities but check-in would still be at 2 PM
WHAT TO BRING
Guest Registration Form and Proof of Payment (digital copy is accepted)
A Valid ID and Senior Citizen / PWD IDs
Bath Towels (only beach towels are provided)
Proper Swimming Attire (cotton material clothes are prohibited in the pool area)
Bringing of Food or Cooking is highly recommended
Water gun/pool inflatables for the kids is recommended
Socks for Kids Playground and Bowling
CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation fee is Non-Refundable and cannot be amended or modified. However, you may change your booking
dates 7 business days prior to check-in date due to emergency cases. This is only allowed once.
HOW TO COMMUTE?
Going to Pico de Loro
- We recommend taking a private vehicle as a transportation going to Pico de Loro
- If through public transportation from Manila, you may take BSC or DLTB buses from Pasay Rotonda, PITX,
or Buendia to Nasugbu town proper
- From Nasugbu town proper (approximately 25 kms), only tricycles are available to bring you to the main gate
of Pico de Loro. This would take around 45 minutes
- From the Hamilo Coast - Pico de Loro Gate (approximately 2 kms), request a van pick up from the Guard to
go to the Country Club, rate is at ₱ 350 per way. It's maximum 10 pax per van
Going to Nasugbu Town Proper
- Ask assistance from the Guard in your designated building for a van rental / drop off going to Nasugbu town
proper. Rate is at ₱ 1,300, maximum 10 pax per van
GENERAL RULES
CHECK-IN - STRICTLY 2 PM
CHECK OUT - STRICTLY 11 AM
1. NO SMOKING - For safety and to assure that our facility is not exposed to items or actions that create an odour which
is unhealthy and objectionable to our guests and staff
2. Lost Keys shall be charged ₱ 1,500 for each metal key. Do not reset/alter the passcode of the Lockbox
3. Children younger than 10 years old should be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian anywhere
in the resort
4. Bringing of Food/Cooking is allowed. NO CORKAGE FEE but please refrain from cooking any pungent food as the
odor is difficult to remove from fabric. Electric and butane grilling is only allowed in the balcony/terrace. However,
Charcoal grilling is strictly prohibited
5. Hanging of clothes are not allowed in the balcony/terrace
6. No loud disturbances, noise, or nuisances are allowed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask each guest to be careful
and do not produce noise that can bother other guest
7. Guest are obligated to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for
this damage
8. Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay and you are kindly
requested not to take them out (except for beach towels – please return after use).
9. Check out time is STRICTLY 11 AM. There would be an additional charge for the succeeding hour/s (Need to clean
and disinfect for the next guest). Be mindful of your personal belongings upon check out. Management will not
accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premises
10. Check-in time is STRICTLY 2 PM. Early check-ins are subject for approval from the management with an additional
charge for every hour
11. Please text In house management before leaving the unit that you have already checked out and have them check
the unit. Proceed to country club to claim your VALID ID.
12. CONSERVE WATER AND ENERGY
PET RULES
Pets are allowed provided you will follow our pet house rules:
1. Only one small or medium size pet is allowed
2. Pet owners are required to make a payment for security deposit of ₱ 5,000 at the registration. It will be refunded upon
check out
3. No traces of any fur, poop, and urine on our bed and sofa bed shall be left behind. No scratches to any furniture and
fixture
4. Pets are NOT allowed at Pico beach, Country Club, etc. However, pets can enjoy walking around the lagoon and
condo unit.
5. Pets are required to wear diapers at all times
6. Pets are NOT allowed in the elevators
7. Any violation on the said rules, the security deposit will be forfeited
BEACH RULES
1. Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pets are not allowed on the beach.
2. Do not sit hold or sit in the buoy lines unless you need help. No jumping from rocks or other dangerous locations.
3. All kinds of alcoholic beverages, glasses and/or breakable containers are not allowed.
4. No picking of shells or collecting sea corals weed, starfish and other forms of marine life.
5. Fishing is not allowed. Do not harm/disturb nor stress any form of marine life.
6. Outside food is not allowed at the beach. There is a restaurant available at the beach (designated area for eating). Littering
or throwing of any kind of trash or garbage is strictly prohibited. Proper garbage and trash receptacles shall be provided
in the area.
7. Bonfires, fire crackers, fireworks and the like are not allowed nor overnight camping including overnight sleeping in tents
is prohibited.
THINGS TO KNOW
REMAINING BALANCE are accepted through Cash, GCash and BDO. AMENITIES OF PICO DE LORO are
accepted through GCash, Credit Card and Debit Card
At the Club Pico – Kids Playground (with fees on use), Guardian and children must wear socks
Plan ahead where to dine during Lunch and Diner to avoid long waiting time especially on weekends/holiday
All buildings and pathways are wheelchair accessible. There are elevators in the buildings and FREE open parking
spaces that are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Golf Cart Shuttle Service goes around regularly
For any additional refills of drinking water (with fee), kindly message via text the number written on the Gallon (10am
to 7pm only) and for any unit concerns you may contact In house management - 10am to 7pm only. Only 1 Free refill
would be provided
You may bring your own pillows, blankets, hygiene kits and etc. (only thin blankets are provided and 1 pillow per
person)

GUEST FEE
- Guest Fee/Entrance Fee are the same. It’s a one-time payment (per head), good for 7 days. It's for Non-members of
Pico de Loro. Guest Fee is paid on top of Unit Rate
