CNC Maintenance technician

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the regular operation of the CNC machines


- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following
manufacturer’s instructions
- Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the machines and the tool equipment
- Use machine tool manuals, technical documents to research machine issues
- General facilities maintenance and administration

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required


- 3 years relevant experience in performing maintenance of CNC machines
- Stabil knowledge of original equipment manufacturers machine controllers – FANUC
- Stabil knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Administrative skills, documentation
- Basic knowledge of English
- Ability to read technical drawings;
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments;
- Reliable, committed personality;
- Ability to work self-sufficiently

An advantage would be:

- Ability to operate crane instruments and hoists properly


- Robot programming skills
- Computer skills
