    SUMMARY
    The PGDM Class of 2023 had a highly successful place-
    ment season, with top recruiters across various industries
    participating. The season's highlight was the significant
    increase in roles and industries offered with a great number
    of recruiters, including NSE, Reliance Retail, Sun Pharma,
    Zomato, Credilio, Gallagher, Accelya, Anand Rathi, FactSet,
    White Oak, among others.

    The season also saw participation from prominent regular


    recruiters, such as Aditya Birla Group, Bloomberg, Crisil,
    Deutsche Bank, Edelweiss, Hindustan Unilever Limited,
    HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Morgan
    Stanley, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Consultancy Services, Yes
    Bank, and many more.

    This season saw a significant increase in number of new


    recruiters, and the average CTC of the PGDM increased by
    11% per annum. The Highest CTC increased by 48.25% per
    annum.
